Customized gifts are a personal and unique option for special gifts for family, friends and colleagues. 

We will also gladly design and manufacture “to spec” and  customized décor, trophies, signage and other items as needed.

In essence the process is actually very simple.

1. We create and finalize the design.
2. We then cut the stencil and apply the stencil to the glass product.
3. We then take the product into the booth and very carefully sandblast it.
4. Once the sandblasting is complete we remove the stencil and clean the glass leaving the glass with the etched image.

The Sandblasting process creates a permanent image on the glass. This will not fade or wash off over time. You can wash, even machine wash, as many times as you want. 

Sandblasting simply removes the top layer of glass from the item. Any item that was previously safe for use in a dishwasher, microwave or other appliance will continue to be safe to use as before.

Unfortunately we are limited to the frosted white colour of etched or engraved glass.

While we can produce a fairly high level of detail, because of the nature of the process there are limitations that need to be considered.

Apart from considering the level of fine details, the first thing to be aware of is that in order for our process to work, we need to be able to convert the image into a pure black and White image. This is not the same as a greyscale image and has only two colours without any shades of grey.
